Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs any requests for cancellation or refund of transactions initiated with Insomnia Technologies LLC (“Insomnia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 30 N GOULD ST STE 37194, SHERIDAN, WY 82801. This Policy supplements and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use and Terms of Redemption. If you do not agree to all terms herein, you may not utilize our services.

  
Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Our Refund Eligibility is determined by whether payment has been initiated to you. For both scenarios, the refund eligibility is below.

Before Payment Initiation:  

  • If you are interacting with our customer service team by phone, you may cancel the transaction at any time prior to our initiation of payment to you. If you submit your redemption electronically, it is non-refundable at the moment of submission. Any cancellations or requests for refunds after we have initiated payment are not eligible for further consideration.

After Payment Initiation:  

  • Once payment is initiated to you (whether by phone confirmation or electronic submission), the transaction becomes non-refundable and non-reversible, and you waive all rights to any refund or return of funds. Similarly, you agree not to file or attempt to file any chargeback or reversal through your bank or payment method once payment has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Transactions

All transactions become final and non-refundable once we confirm the redemption and initiate payment to you. If the redemption is submitted electronically, it is non-refundable at the moment of submission. Any attempt to dispute or charge back a finalized transaction may result in suspension or termination of your account or future access to our services, in accordance with our Terms of Use and Terms of Redemption.

This Policy is IN ADDITION to any disclaimers or limits on liability found in our Terms of Use or Terms of Redemption. By using our services, you agree that you have reviewed and consented to all applicable terms, including our limitations on liability and disclaimers of warranties.
